Apostle

Cederick L. Moore

Apostle Cederick L. Moore is the founder and senior pastor of Spirit & Truth Cathedral of Fresh Fire, an independent congregation in Chocowinity, NC. A native of Chocowinity, North Carolina, Moore has lived a relatively quiet life in the rural parts of Beaufort County. At a young age, Moore learned to distinguish the voice of God, examine the Word, and become a servant of the Lord who cares about the quality of life and spiritual well-being of all people.

He deliberately tries to touch the world with the unadulterated gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and challenges believers to grow in Christ in all things. By God's grace and the Holy Spirit's tutelage, Moore delivers seasoned words that speak to the issues of the heart. His life ambition is to preach the gospel with boldness, clarity, and power to the ends of the world, expecting to prepare the hearts of thousands to tens of thousands for the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Apostle Moore understands and appreciates the role that education plays in people's social, psychological, and spiritual development. He attended the Beaufort County Schools and graduated with honors from Southside High School. After high school, Moore attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in English and minoring in Christianity and culture. After an undergraduate career, he enrolled in and completed the Master Teacher Fellows Program at Wake Forest University. Moore also earned a master's degree in theological studies from Duke Divinity School. When he is not ministering or studying, he teaches high school English and enjoys life with his wife and colaborer, Pastor Courtney Moore. Moore is a finisher who seeks to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance his quality of life and spiritual well-being, as well as those entrusted to his care.

Moore believes that changed lives prove effective ministry, and consistency produces results. Pray for him as he goes forth in the strength of the Lord, that he continues to grow and produce fruit to the glory of the Father.
